I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Colourways may be repeated but they will not necessarily stay exactly the same - for this reason all yarn & fibre is offered on a 'one-of-a-kind' basis. Inspiration comes from many sources including mythology and legend. If you have an idea for a particular colourway then we would be very happy to hear from you!
I aim to ensure that all weights are accurate to within 5%, and wherever possibly I will try to ensure that items are overweight rather than under.
Care instructions are included in each listing. Wool should be hand washed unless the listing specifies otherwise.

I do inspect all items before listing, but if something has slipped through then I will happily replace it.
All postage is offered at a flat rate of £3 for the UK and, £10 USA and £7.50 rest of world, no matter how many items you order.

Welfare is incredibly important to us and none of our yarn or fibre comes from mulesed sheep.
All combed tops & yarns are hand dyed by Kat using professional acid dyes. Where mutiple skeins are available, they are from the same dye batch, however our dye technique produces unique skeins so we recommend you alternate skeins if using more than one in a single project.
Every effort is made to exhaust dyes fully, however there may be some colour bleeding on first washing. Please be aware of this if you combine the yarn with a lighter colour.
